Cancellation is not allowed in our store for all digital products like gift cards, and account. Cancellation allowed for hardware within 6 hours from payment.<\/p>

The refund request for hardware must not exceed 14 days from the date of payment. If the refund request is accepted the full paid amount will be recieved in the original form of payment within 14 working days.<\/p>
